No Show Policy
Our goal is to provide timely, high-quality care to every patient. When appointments or surgeries are missed or canceled at the last minute, it prevents other patients from being seen and delays access to care.
We understand that life happens, and we simply ask for advance notice whenever possible so we can offer that time to someone else in need.
What We Ask
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
What Counts as a Missed Appointment?
- No-Show: Not arriving within 20 minutes of your scheduled time without notifying us.
- Late Cancellation: Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice (or less than one full business day before your appointment).
Missed Appointment Fees
To help ensure fairness and access for all patients, the following fees may apply:
- $50 – Office visits (consultations, follow-ups, evaluations)
- $100 – In-office procedures (such as injections or imaging-guided treatments)
- $250 – Surgical cancellations within five (5) days of the scheduled date
These fees are not covered by insurance and are billed directly to the patient.
Medicaid and Workers’ Compensation patients are excluded.
We Understand Unexpected Events Happen
Emergencies, severe weather, and unforeseen circumstances will always be reviewed with care and understanding. If something unavoidable occurs, please contact our office, we are happy to review your situation.
