Tiffany spent most of her time growing up in Idaho. She then went on to BYU and graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science: Athletic Training in 2005. That fall she left for an LDS mission to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She returned to Idaho in 2007 and began working as the head athletic trainer at a high school in the Boise area. While working she received her master's degree from the University of Idaho and graduated in 2010. She loves to water ski, snow ski, camp, read, and spend time with her family and friends. She is really excited to be in Vail and with the Steadman Clinic for this year.

Bridget Van Boxtel, MS, ATC
Bridget is from Kimberly, Wisconsin and just completed her graduate studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She began her undergraduate career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and then transferred to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire after deciding to pursue athletic training. She is most happy when outdoors and is exceptionally excited to enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. Bridget will have to put her love of seafood on hold while in Vail, but looks forward to skiing, fishing, camping, and hiking to the top of the mountain soon.
James Starkey MS, ATC, CSCS
Originally from Buffalo, NY, Jim attended and graduated from the State University of New York College at Cortland with a BS in Athletic Training in 2007. During this time, he completed a summer internship with the New York Yankees affiliate in Tampa, FL. Following his undergraduate work; Jim attended graduate school at Middle Tennessee State University where he completed an MS in Exercise Science. At MTSU, he was responsible for the daily care of the Blue Raider baseball team and also assisted with football. Upon graduation from MTSU, he went on to work as an Athletic Training intern with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the NFL. Jim is an avid mountain biker and is looking forward to residing in the Rocky Mountains.
Matt Vinnal, ATC
Matt is originally from NJ, but is coming to Colorado from the beaches of Hawaii where he attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He is finishing his thesis to earn a Masters of Science degree in Advanced Athletic Training from UH, and is excited to continue learning at the Steadman Clinic. Although he is leaving behind soft sands and perfect waves, he is excited to learn to ski and snowboard in Vail. Matt is an avid photographer and a fan of bad reality television.
Melissa Leake, MS, ATC
Melissa is originally from Marietta, GA and graduated with a B.S. in kinesiology from the University of Michigan in 2008. After her time in Ann Arbor, she attended the University of Kentucky to finish her master's degree in Athletic Training in 2010. She completed a research thesis on the Reliability of Tibial Measurements using a DXA Scan and also assisted as the athletic trainer for the Cross Country and Track and Field teams. She is eager to start helping others at the Steadman Clinic while enjoying all of the opportunities of Colorado.
Shari Benson, MS, ATC
Shari is originally from Laurel, Delaware. She received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2008 from Gardner-Webb University. In 2007, she completed an internship with the International Gymnastics Camp in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. In 2010 she earned a Master of Science from LSU where she gained unique experience as the athletic insurance coordinator, pre-professional athletic training curriculum coordinator and graduate assistant athletic trainer for the men's tennis and women's volleyball teams. She enjoys traveling, trying new foods and being outdoors. She is looking forward to taking advantage of the many outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.
