Isai Benitez grew up in Austin, Tx and is bilingual in Spanish and English. He completed both his undergraduate and Master’s program at Texas State University and has experience with football, softball, track & field, women’s tennis. During his time as a student athletic trainer he completed a summer clinical immersion with University of North Texas working with football, men’s and women’s basketball, and swim and dive while also being a leader for the UNT student AT apprenticeship program. After graduating, he accepted a role at Georgia Tech as a Certified Athletic Training Intern for the football, men’s and women’s tennis teams. He has a Dry Needling certification. After a long day providing care to his patients, he likes finding time to decompress with a nature walk, lifting or trying new food restaurants around the area. He enjoys listening to music or sports podcasts. “I love sports and classify myself as a big sports nerd and I enjoy supporting local teams as well as hometown teams in all sports.”

LilyAna Cerar
LilyAna Cerar grew up in Maple Grove, Minnesota. She attended Bethel University in St. Paul where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training with a minor in Psychology. As a student athletic trainer, she worked with the football, soccer, hockey, and track & field teams, and completed clinical rotations at a local high school. She also assisted at several physical therapy clinics. She was active in the Bethel Student Athletic Training Club and served as the university's student representative to the Minnesota Athletic Training Association. After graduation, LilyAna joined Tria Park Nicollet in the Twin Cities, initially working in the Orthopedic Urgent Care before transitioning to the Orthopedic Clinic team. For the last 3 years, she collaborated with specialists in spine, hand/wrist/shoulder, and hip/knee disciplines. LilyAna managed clinics for multiple providers - handling responsibilities such as rooming patients, scheduling, clinical preparation, injection assistance, staple & suture removal, DME fitting, and ensuring efficient operations. She also served as lead cast technician, assisting with reductions, casting, splinting, wound care, and staff training.
Driven by a passion for sports medicine and human movement, LilyAna pursued her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She is fascinated with understanding how the body responds to and recovers from stress and stimuli, and utilizes that knowledge to enhance her practice as an athletic trainer. Outside of her professional pursuits, LilyAna enjoys weightlifting, running, photography, and traveling. Her time with family and friends is deeply cherished back in Minnesota but she looks forward to building a new community here! A deep love for the Colorado mountains fuels her excitement to explore the area and all that it has to offer. She knows how important movement is for the body, and her passion is to blend orthopedic excellence with strength-based care for BOTH elite and recreational athletes. She is expectant and eager to learn from the world-class orthopedic team at The Steadman Clinic.
Faith Davis
Faith Davis grew up in Northwest Arkansas. She attended the University of Alabama’s Athletic Training program, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2023. While being an Athletic Training Student at UA, she worked clinical rotations with Women’s Rowing, Baseball, a local high school, Women’s Gymnastics, and Track and Field. After graduation, Faith accepted an Athletic Training Fellowship with Alabama’s Track and Field/XC team, where she has spent the last two years working. During this time, she completed her Masters of Science in Sport Management at The University of West Alabama.
Nivia Garcia
Nivia Alexandra Garcia was born in Miami, Florida, to a Cuban father and Nicaraguan mother. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with minors in Psychology and Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida in 2021. At UCF, she competed on the collegiate Rowing team, contributing to their 2019 conference championship title, and volunteered as a student athletic trainer for the UCF Football team. Nivia pursued a Master of Science in Athletic Training at Florida International University, graduating in 2024. During her graduate program, she completed clinical rotations with the FIU Football team, Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, Baptist Health Orthopedics, South Florida Rehab, and Nova Southeastern University’s Women’s Soccer team, followed by an immersion at UNC Chapel Hill with the Wrestling and Women’s Tennis teams. She co-authored a case study on spear tackler’s spine presented at the 2023 National Athletic Trainers’ Association conference and served on the abstract review committee for the 18th Annual Emory Sports Medicine Symposium in 2025. After graduation, Nivia joined Emory Healthcare in Flowery Branch, Georgia, as a clinical athletic trainer, providing comprehensive care to diverse populations.
In her free time, Nivia enjoys attending concerts, hiking, running, rock climbing, camping, and exploring new restaurants. Having relocated from Georgia to Vail, Colorado, she looks forward to outdoor adventures like rock climbing and hiking a 14er. Nivia is excited to join The Steadman Clinic’s world-renowned orthopedic team, eager to advance her skills in a cutting-edge
Madeline Reed
Madeline Reed was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She attended Cedarville University where she graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor's of Arts in Athletic Training, as an athletic training student Madeline completed clinical rotations with Cedarville University's Women's Soccer team and the University of Dayton's Football team. Madeline then went on to the University of Toledo for their Post-Professional Athletic Training program where she received her Master of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in athletic training in 2023. During her time in graduate school Madeline served as a GA at a local Toledo high school and completed a research thesis observing the influence of neutral and motion control footwear on running mechanics of adolescent long-distance runners. During her schooling for both undergraduate and graduate degrees, Madeline also competed in pole vault on each school's women's track and field teams'. Post graduation, Madeline accepted a position with Nationwide Children's Hospital as an Outreach Athletic Trainer at Fisher Catholic High School. Madeline loves long runs and hiking, she is excited to embrace the active outdoor lifestyle the Colorado mountains has to offer and brush up on her ski skills. Her hope is to complete her first 14er on Mount of the Holy Cross!
Justina Lanni
Justina Lanni was born and raised in Mount Laurel, NJ. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercises Science with a double minor in psychology and coaching at Southern Illinois University (SIU) in 2021. During her time there she worked as an athletic training aide for their football team, while also being a student athlete on their swim and dive team. She also held a leadership role on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) as Vice President and the SIU female Missouri Valley Conference SAAC representative. She went to further her education at the University of South Carolina (UofSC) where she earned her Master of Science in Athletic Training in 2023. At UofSC she completed clinical rotations at UofSC swim and dive, Gray Collegiate Academy, UofSC ROTC, West Wood High School, UofSC football, UofSC track and field and University of Denver men’s lacrosse. She also held a leadership role on the South Carolina Athletic Training Student Association as Vice President. Following graduate school, Justina moved to Albuquerque, NM where she worked as an athletic trainer, for the last 2 years, at the University of New Mexico with their swim and dive team. In her free time, Justina really enjoys exploring nature and traveling. She loves activities like hiking, paddle boarding, running and yoga. She also has a passion for teaching children how to swim. Justina is looking forward to this opportunity at The Steadman Clinic to work alongside and to expand her skill set from world-renowned medical professionals!
Cole Rinehart
Cole Rinehart was born and raised in York, PA. He attended Ithaca College where he received a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, while completing clinical rotations with Ithaca College and Cornell University sports. To further his knowledge, he attended the University of Kentucky’s Post-Professional Master of Science in Athletic Training program. Throughout his graduate studies, he worked as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for UK Healthcare Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine, receiving experience in their clinic, at local secondary schools, and with the UK Men’s Club Ice Hockey team. He also conducted research at the University of Kentucky, investigating how psychological factors can predict post-operative outcomes in patients receiving flexor tendon repairs of the hand and wrist. Following his graduation from UK, Cole accepted a position as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Berea College, working with the 16 NCAA DIII sports teams. After two years in the Assistant AT role, he we promoted to Head Athletic Trainer and took on all the administrative duties of running an NCAA sports medicine department.
Growing up, Cole was a year-round athlete, playing nearly every team sport under the sun, but found a passion in wrestling and lacrosse. He currently stays active by golfing and exploring the outdoors through rock climbing, snowboarding, and hiking with his dog, Royal. He is excited to explore Colorado and have the opportunity to learn from the world-renowned clinicians at The Steadman Clinic.
