Melissa is originally from Arnold, MO. She earned her BS in Athletic Training from the University of Nebraska in 2010. While in Lincoln, she worked closely with the Husker football and women's soccer teams and served a year as the Head Athletic Training Student. Melissa went on to Northwest Missouri State University where she worked with a variety of Bearcat athletes while pursuing a Master's degree in Administration of Health and Physical Education. During her time at Northwest, Melissa conducted research regarding concussion occurrence in collegiate female soccer players. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Melissa is very excited to gain further knowledge and experience at The Steadman Clinic and can't wait for exciting outdoor adventures in Vail and the surrounding areas.

Ryan Molzon MS, ATC
Ryan is originally from Howell, New Jersey and earned his B.A. in Athletic Training from Rowan University. Following his undergraduate studies, he worked as a high school athletic trainer for a local high school in NJ. Deciding to continue his studies, he traveled to the University of Hawaii at Manoa to earn his Master's degree in Advance Athletic Training. There he taught undergraduate courses in the Kinesiology department, worked as a high school athletic trainer, and performed research investigating gait mechanics in total hip replacement patients. Leaving the waves behind, Ryan is looking forward to continuing his education with The Steadman Clinic and enjoy some overdue snowboarding.
Victoria Stanislawski, MS, ATC, OTC
Born and raised in northern New Jersey, Victoria received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Kean University in 2010. Eager to further pursue her education, she traveled to the University of South Carolina where she earned her Master of Science degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Athletic Training. During her two years as a graduate assistant, Victoria worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer for the USC cheerleading and equestrian teams as well as C.A. Johnson High School. Additionally, she served as a physician extender to USC Sports Medicine's orthopaedic surgeons, Dr. Jeffrey Guy and Dr. Christopher Mazoué. In her spare time she enjoys watching Gamecock football, working out, and drawing. Victoria is looking forward to exploring Colorado and hitting the fresh powder for some snowboarding this winter. She is also excited about the opportunity to continue her clinical education with The Steadman Clinic.
Ryan Williams MA, ATC
Originally from St Louis, Ryan graduated from the University of Kansas in 2010 with a degree in Athletic Training. He recently finished his Masters of Arts in Exercises Science in 2012 from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He spent those years working with the women's soccer and softball teams at Creighton University. In addition to his ports coverage he provided coverage to Nebraska State Soccer Association tournaments as well as the College World Series. Ryan is excited about the move to Colorado to work at the Steadman Clinic and learn as much as he can over the year. In addition to the educational opportunities, learning to ski is on the top of a long list of adventures for the following year. He is a fan of all sports and outdoor activities, already making plans to work and participate in many of sporting events.
Julie Wood MS, ATC
Julie was born in the great state of Texas, but moved to Louisville, Kentucky shortly after and was raised there. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from Murray State University in 2010. She then attended Mississippi State University where she received a Master's of Science in Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology in 2012 and enjoyed her time in the sunny south and the SEC. As a graduate assistant for the Bulldog's, Julie was the first ever female to work the MSU Baseball team and also had the pleasure of working with Fast-pitch Softball and Football. In her spare time Julie is very active and loves participating in any fun outdoor adventure - especially running, snowboarding/skiing and all water sports. She can't wait to explore the Rocky Mountains and learn from the Steadman Clinic physicians and staff
