The program's curriculum emphasizes the following areas:
- Advanced Post Professional Education
- Clinical Orthopaedic Knowledge and Skills
- Orthopaedic Surgery
- Outreach and Event Coverage
The athletic training residents rotate in 8-10 weeks blocks in different orthopaedic specialties with each one of our physicians. Each rotation has differing responsibilities and learning competencies that ensure the athletic trainer will gain experience and be educated on every aspect of a busy orthopaedic practice. Outreach and surgery is built into each rotation.
